In my time with the likes of Corus Steel, Marshalls Plc., Pilkingtons Tile, GlaxoSmithKline, Vertex, General Electric (GE) and Hertz, I've developed methods of individual, organisational and corporate coaching at all levels, in large and small organisations, but with a primary focus on Value Stream Development in regard to strategic and operational performance.
What my 20 years of working with manufacturing, service and construction companies, both in the UK and overseas, has taught me, however, is that significant process change takes time (typically, one to three years to start with) and it takes will - but it's always worth it in the end.
